Q3 Is deposit refundable?
If you have deposited 10-100% of our Normal rate and cancel the booking, it is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. For Early Booking Offer deposit is not refundable.
Q4. How will I get the key?
There is an onsite reception office where you will complete the registration form and receive the key.
Q5. How many guests can stay in one Apartment?
It depends on the choice of apartment and arrangement upon booking. Additional charges may apply.
Q6. Can I stay without giving my NIC upon check-in?
No, we want to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and keep the National ID card as a guarantee along with security deposit. They are returned after inspecting the apartment upon check-out.
Q7. Can we do cooking in Apartment?
Yes, If you have booked Sicilian, Bosphorous or Pineview Apartment. We will recommend you to bring your utensils, cooking oil, spices etc if you are planning to cook. Cutlery, dinner set, fridge, mugs and glasses are available in the Apartments.
Q8. How does the booking process works?
When you e-mail or call us with reservation request, we will confirm availability and rate. If it suits your requirement, we will request you to deposit amount in our bank account. After we can confirm deposit in the bank account, you will receive reservation confirmation from us, welcoming you to Bhurban Hill Apartments.
